Certificate of Attendance

A certificate will be awarded after the completion of elective programmes. A register book will be kept at Department of Medical Education (DME) to record daily attendance.  Students have to come to this office (DME) with in 9:00am attend from Sunday to Friday daily, keep their belongings in the locker and participate in the conference held in the respective departments

On the evidence, a certificate shall be issued signed by the Head of the Department, the Elective Programme Coordinator.
